Architect Partnership Program
Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility:
- Licensed architects or certified interior designers.
- Active professional portfolio.
- Agreement to ethical promotion of Metro 82 products.
- Commission Structure:
- Earn a 7% commission on net sales (excluding taxes and discounts) from referrals
- Commissions are calculated monthly and disbursed via bank transfer by the 10th of the following month
- Sales must be tracked through a unique Architect ID or QR code
- Office Space Booking: – Access to premium office spaces at nominal hourly rates -Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance- Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
- Conduct and Termination: – Metro 82 reserves the right to terminate partnerships for unethical behavior, misuse of facilities, or breach of terms – Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited.
